Retailer Application with ZENZII

 

We are so excited you are applying to be a reseller of ZENZII. We look forward to learning more about your business and building a successful partnership! To expedite your account approval and be able to process your order, please read and familiarize yourself with our wholesale policies below!

To place an order or view wholesale pricing, you must first register your business with ZENZII Wholesale. If you’re not registered and would like to be, please see the directions below. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR FIRST-TIME PURCHASES:

 

Temporary access to the website will be granted to all first-time applicants. All businesses MUST be verified before any orders will be shipped to them. Any orders placed prior to the business verification will be held and the credit card will be pre-authorized (funds are held by the credit card processing services). Once the business has been verified, the order will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours. If the applicant is ineligible, the pre-authorization will be released (no charges will be made to the credit card) and the order will be canceled. Retailer Account Requirements

 

The following businesses must be verified for eligibility of a retailer account with ZENZII Wholesale. 

  • Brick and Mortar Retailer: Storefront with physical store location and address
  • Direct Online Retailer: Established a branded website with secure shopping cart
  • Combination Retailer: Storefront with physical store location and established a branded website with secure shopping cart
  • Indirect Online Retailer: Online retailer established and promulgated through an approved third-party (3P) website with a secure shopping cart. (3rd party sites must be identified in your application and a link to your business page must be included)

The following businesses DO NOT meet ZENZII’s business model and therefore are not considered eligible for a retailer account:

  • Consignment Stores that offer used items at lower prices on products
  • Flea market or local fair vendors, and/or trunk shows
  • Kiosks, booths or participating vendors that operate space within a co-op business (i.e. shops that share one Point of Sale and/or register)
  • Online retailer marketing only vintage, handmade or custom made merchandise (i.e. Etsy)
  • Online retailer marketing website as a wholesale provider
  • Website Markets that resale products at discounted prices (i.e. Poshmark, eBay, Oberlo, etc)

 

BUSINESS DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

All Retailer Accounts must provide a current state reseller certificate/reseller permit. Both the business name and address represented on these documents should be consistent with the business name and address on the Account Application. International accounts must provide a business license. More about Resale Certificates

 

ORDER AMOUNT MINIMUMS

Minimum order: $150, no quantity minimums

SHIPPING

Orders placed before 3 PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day. All orders ship UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Expedited Shipping available for additional fees. 

BACKORDERS

We do not typically do backorders. If an item is out of stock we will remove the item from your order and make a note on the invoice. In the rare occasion we put an item in your order on backorder, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated.

REFUNDS

We ask all changes to your order be submitted by email to sales@zenzii.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Any returns to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued up to a 20% restocking fee for the items restocked. If a restocking fee is issued, it will be deducted from the adjusted order total.
